TBF Training's NEW Personal Trainer

TBF Training's Newest Coach and Certified Personal Trainer is Amber Brewer. Amber has competed at the very competitive Avia Wildflower Olympic Triathlon five times, has raced over 20 other triathlons including the Big Kahuna  70.3, and has finished 12 Half Marathons and two Full Marathons along with numerous shorter races. Amber says: "I know that there is nothing that you can't accomplish when you truly set your mind to it. The human body is capable of so much more, it's usually our mind that presents the obstacles". Do you need help achieveing your goals? Amber can help with that.
