Gold Rush Growler MTB

Saturday, September 19, 2026 | Granite Beach, Folsom Lake SRA

The Gold Rush Growler MTB Race is held at beautiful Granite Beach, Folsom Lake SRA, featuring a course with scenic single-track and double-track trails to ride.

This event will be part of the California Dirt Endurance Series along with Repack Racing. Visit their website for series details, as well as links to the all of the races in the series.

The 10-mile course for the Gold Rush Growler MTB Race will feature fast, smooth single-track trails at Folsom Lake.

Included with your  entry fee: Custom pair of TBF Racing MTB socks, post-race food and beer for athletes 21 and over. Plus on-course and post-race aid and support from Hammer Gel, FLUID, and awards three-deep in each age-group and division.

Start times:

Distances

  • 4 laps = 40 miles
  • 3 laps = 30 miles
  • 2 laps = 20 miles
  • 1 lap = 10 miles

Feed Zones

Feed zones will be located on the course serving bottles of cold water, and FLUID Electrolyte beverage.

Equipment

Listening devices of any kind: MP3, IPod, headphones, etc…are not allowed on the bike course. Helmets must be worn and buckled on the bike at all times.

Divisions (men and women)

  • Pro: one division
  • Novice, Sport and Expert Divisions: 29 & under, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59 and 60+
  • Single Speed Division: Open (39-under) and Masters (40+over)
  • Clydesdale (Men only): one division (200 lb+)
  • Junior Elite: one division
  • Junior Divisions: 13-14, 11-12, 10 & under
  • Beginner: one division

High School

  • Novice, Sport and Expert Divisions: (Boys, Girls)

Gold Rush MTB Team Competition

Points will be awarded as follows:

  • Finisher Points: Each Team will receive 1 point per finisher.
  • Podium Points: Each Team will receive extra points for each top three finishers.
    • First Place: 3 points
    • Second Place: 2 points
    • Third Place: 1 point

The MTB Team with the most points wins!

Prizes

  • Giant trophy for First Place Team plus swag
  • Big Trophy for Second Place Team plus swag
  • Respectable trophy for Third Place Team plus swag

Refund and transfer policy

TBF Racing has a no refund policy on all of our events. A refund requested prior to race week will be given a TBF Race credit for the amount of the entry fee minus a $25 processing fee. Credits are not given during race week. Transfers are allowed from one TBF Racing event to another within a one-year time frame. There is a $25 transfer fee. Transfers are not allowed during race week. ALL TBF Racing events are held rain or shine.
