This will surely be a year that none of us will forget anytime soon. This Memorial Day weekend, TBF Racing is offering a chance for you to race virtually (while staying safe) and make a memory or two along the way!
There are four duathlon races and three run distances to choose from. Participants in each race will receive an E-Bib Number, an E-Finishers Certificate, a Virtual Finishers Medal and online results posted on totalbodyfitness.com. Race photos from participants will be posted on the TBF Racing Facebook page.

Commemorative race shirts are available for sale for $15 per shirt plus $5 shipping and handling fee.

- Race starts: Friday, May 22nd 7:00 a.m.
- Race ends: Sunday, May 24th 11:59 p.m.
Details
- Participants can select the start time and location of their own choice. Keep in mind that it is a safe start/finish times and location.
- After sign-up is complete, you will receive a registration confirmation. Your E-Bib number will be issued and sent to you via email.
- Participants are responsible for recording your own results.
- Upon completing the race, please upload your run and bike results to the Total Body Fitness Strava Group. If you’re not on Strava, please email your times to Bill@totalbodyfitness.com before 12 noon on Monday, May 25th to be included in the official results.
- An E-Finishers Certificates will be issued and sent to you along with a Virtual Finishers Medal.
- Please share your race photos and stories on facebook.com/TBF Racing. We’d love to see them!

Refund policy
TBF Racing has a no refund policy on all of our events. A refund requested on a Virtual Event will be given a TBF Race credit for the amount of the entry fee minus a $10 processing fee. Credits are not given during race week. Transfers are allowed from a Virtual Event to another TBF Racing event within a one-year time frame. There is a $10 transfer fee. Transfers are not allowed during race week.
