The Escape from Folsom 5K and 10 Miler both have new courses on scenic trails along the shoreline of Folsom Lake. Athletes in both races will receive an Escape from Folsom Finisher Medal. Escape from Folsom soft-cotton race shirts are available for sale prior to the race for $20.

- Escape from Folsom 10 miler: 8:00 am
- Escape from Folsom 5K: 8:05 am

- 10 miles, 5K (3.1 miles)
Aid Stations
Aid stations will be located on the course at miles 1, 2.5, 3.5, 5, 7.5, and 9 – each serving cold water, FLUID Electrolyte beverage, and CLIF Shot energy gels and Bloks.
Equipment
Listening devices: MP3, IPod, headphones, etc…ARE allowed in the Escape from Folsom 10 Mile Trail Run and 5K. Runners must exercise caution when crossing any roads and must pay attention at all times when running trails.
Packet Pickup
Race packets will be available race morning from 6:30 am to 8 am at the race site.

First place Overall Male and Female in The Escape from Folsom 10 Miler will receive Overall Champion Awards.
There will be awards three-deep in each ten-year age group for The Escape from Folsom 10 Miler and the 5K Run/Walk.
Every finisher in both races gets a custom Finisher Medal.

Refund and transfer policy
TBF Racing has a no refund policy on all of our events. A refund requested prior to race week will be given a TBF Race credit for the amount of the entry fee minus a $25 processing fee. Credits are not given during race week. Transfers are allowed from one TBF Racing event to another within a one-year time frame. There is a $25 transfer fee. Transfers are not allowed during race week. ALL TBF Racing events are held rain or shine.
Training and Coaching:
TBF Training provides group workouts and coaching for the sport of Triathlon along with individual Multi-sport Coaching and Personal Training.
