Triathlon racing is back with TBF Racing and their “Back to Basics” Friday Night Super Sprint Triathlons at Granite Beach, Folsom Lake SRA.
The Friday Night Super Sprint distance races will be limited to TEN Athletes per race. Races will take place every half hour beginning at 4 p.m. with the last race starting at 6:30 p.m.
July 24th is the third of a four-race series with Friday Night Super Sprint Triathlons with the fourth race taking place on July 31st all at the same location.
Distances
Swim – 400 yards in Folsom Lake Bike – 5 miles on Park roads Run – 2 miles on trails

2 mile run course
Timing
Races will be timed. Results will be posted on our website at: www.totalbodyfitness.com
Athlete Safety
We ask any athlete feeling unwell to please stay home and not race. Athletes will be asked to maintain social distancing and practice cleanliness while at the event. TBF Racing will sanitize and maintain clean surfaces at the event and provide hand sanitizers stations for athletes.
Race details
Registration will not be available on race day. Race bib numbers will be supplied. Spacing in the Transition Area will be limited to 2 bikes per rack. Arrive at least a half hour before your race to set up. Aid station will be self-serve. Water temperature is mid 70’s. Headphones are not allowed.

Refund and transfer policy
TBF Racing has a No Refund policy on all of our events. A Refund requested prior to race week will be given a TBF Race credit for the amount of the entry fee minus a $25 processing fee. Credits are not given during race week.
