The Gold Rush 10 Mile Trail Run and 5K Run/Walk is NEW for 2015, with fun trails traveling along the shoreline of historic Folsom Lake. This race has a new and exciting course that is challenging yet safe and fun, a custom tech race tee-shirt, hot post race food, plus awards three deep in each division for both races along with raffle prizes.

- The Gold Rush 5K: 8:15 am

Aid Stations
Aid stations will be located on the course at miles 1, 2.5, 3.5, 5, 7.5, and 9 – each serving cold water, FLUID Electrolyte beverage, and CLIF Shot energy gels and Bloks.
Equipment
Listening devices: MP3, IPod, headphones, etc…ARE allowed in the Gold Rush 10 Mile Trail Run and 5K. Runners must exercise caution when crossing any roads and must pay attention at all times when running trails.

First place Overall Male and Female in the Gold Rush 10 Mile Trail Run will receive Overall Champion Awards. There will be awards three deep in each ten-year age group for the Gold Rush 10 Mile Trail Run. Awards will be given to First overall male and female, plus three deep in each ten-year age group for the 5k Run.

Refund and transfer policy
TBF Racing has a no refund policy on all of our events. A refund requested prior to race week will be given a TBF Race credit for the amount of the entry fee minus a $25 processing fee. Credits are not given during race week. Transfers are allowed from one TBF Racing event to another within a one-year time frame. There is a $25 transfer fee. Transfers are not allowed during race week. ALL TBF Racing events are held rain or shine.
Competitor Goodies
Included for each competitor is a Gold Rush 10 Mile/5K Trail Run custom tech-tee race shirt and athlete goody bag with CLIF Bar, Emerald Nuts, and other product samples.
Post Race Athlete Food
Included for each competitor is a post race meal of hot soup or chili with fruit, cookies and beverage.
Training and Coaching:
TBF Training provides group workouts and coaching for the sport of Triathlon along with individual Multi-sport Coaching and Personal Training.
Race for FREE program
Our Race for FREE Athlete Volunteer Program offers a chance to get involved with multi-sport events, have fun, and earn a $40 TBF Racing Volunteer voucher good towards entry fees at any of our events this year. Each volunteer shift is 4 hours. We ask volunteers to reserve a volunteer position at any of our events by emailing volunteersi@totalbodyfitness.com as our volunteer positions will fill up quickly.
