The Gold Rush Growler MTB Race is at beautiful Granite Beach, Folsom Lake SRA, featuring a course with scenic single track and double track trails to ride on.

The 7.5 mile course for the Gold Rush Growler MTB Race will be a fun and fast course. The course will utilize fun rolling pavement to avoid the deep sand. Recent construction had limited the use of several trails. But we will feature a great course and lots of fun!
Included with your entry fee: Custom Gold Rush Growler Steel Pint Cup from Klean Kanteen, and post race food and Beer for athletes 21 and over. Plus on-course and post race aid and support from GU, FLUID, and TBF Snacks, awards three-deep in each age-group and division.

Distances
- Pro/Expert, Single-speed Expert, Relay Teams: 4 laps = 30 miles
- Sport, Single-speed Sport: 3 laps = 22.5 miles
- Novice, Junior Elite: 2 laps = 15 miles
- Juniors, Beginners: 1 lap = 7.5 miles
Anchored Eats will have delicious food and beverage for our spectators.
Course Description

Feed Zones
Feed zones will be located on the course serving bottles of cold water, and FLUID Electrolyte beverage.
Equipment
Listening devices of any kind: MP3, IPod, headphones, etc…are not allowed on the bike course. Helmets must be worn and buckled on the bike at all times.

Race morning from 8-10am at Race Site.

Divisions (men and women)
- Pro: one division
- Novice, Sport and Expert Divisions: 29 & under, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59 and 60+
- Single Speed Division: Open (39-under) and Masters (40+over)
- Clydesdale (Men only): one division (200 lb+)
- Junior Elite: one division
- Junior Divisions: 13-14, 11-12, 10 & under
- Beginner: one division
- Gravel bike division: one division: male and female
- Junior elite division: 13-14 and 11-12
High School
- Novice, Sport and Expert Divisions: (Boys, Girls)
Relay Teams
- Two person teams: (male, female, co-ed)
- Four-person teams: (male, female, co-ed)
Gold Rush MTB Team Competition
Points will be awarded as follows:
- Finisher Points: Each Team will receive 1 point per finisher.
- Podium Points: Each Team will receive extra points for each top three finishers.
- First Place: 3 points
- Second Place: 2 points
- Third Place: 1 point
The MTB Team with the most points wins!
Prizes
- Giant trophy for First Place Team plus swag
- Big Trophy for Second Place Team plus swag
- Respectable trophy for Third Place Team plus swag

Refund and transfer policy
TBF Racing has a no refund policy on all of our events. A refund requested prior to race week will be given a TBF Race credit for the amount of the entry fee minus a $25 processing fee. Credits are not given during race week. Transfers are allowed from one TBF Racing event to another within a one-year time frame. There is a $25 transfer fee. Transfers are not allowed during race week. ALL TBF Racing events are held rain or shine.
