Gumby and Pokey are back at the Gumby 5K & 10K in 2025. This race will feature Gumby & Pokey finisher medals, and beautiful trail courses along the shores of Folsom Lake with plenty of aid stations and cheering volunteers on a well-marked course.

Aid Stations
Aid stations will be located on the course at miles 1, 2.5, 3.5, and 5 – each serving cold water, FLUID Electrolyte beverage, and CLIF Shot energy gels and Bloks.
Equipment
Listening devices: MP3, IPod, headphones, etc…ARE allowed in the Gumby 10K and 5K. Runners must exercise caution when crossing any roads and must pay attention at all times when running trails.

First place Overall Male and Female in the Gumby 10K will receive Overall Champion Awards. There will be awards three-deep in each ten-year age group for the Gumby 10K. Awards will be given to First overall male and female, plus three deep in each ten-year age group for the Gumby 5k Run.
For all 5K events, we have split athletes under 19 into two age groups: 14 and under and 15-19.
Custom race plaques will be awarded three deep in each age group and division as listed above.

Refund and transfer policy
TBF Racing has a no refund policy on all of our events. A refund requested prior to race week will be given a TBF Race credit for the amount of the entry fee minus a $25 processing fee. Credits are not given during race week. Transfers are allowed from one TBF Racing event to another within a one-year time frame. There is a $25 transfer fee. Transfers are not allowed during race week. ALL TBF Racing events are held rain or shine.
