How many times can you swim 2.4 miles, bike 112 miles and run 26. 2 miles in one month? One time? 2X? 3X? 4X? Take the TBF ULTRA IRON Challenge in the month of June, 2020 and find out!
Choose your ULTRA IRON distance:
- 1X IM Distance: swim 2.4 miles, bike 112 miles, run 26.2 miles
- 2X IM Distance – swim 4.8 miles, bike 224 miles, run 52.4 miles
- 3X IM Distance – swim 7.2 miles, bike 336 miles, run 78.6 miles
- 4X IM Distance – swim 9.6 miles, bike 448 miles, run 104.8 miles
Or you ULTRA Aquabike distance:
- 1X IM Aquabike: swim 2.4 miles, bike 112 miles
- 2X IM Aquabike – swim 4.8 miles, bike 224 miles
- 3X IM Aquabike – swim 7.2 miles, bike 336 miles
- 4X IM Aquabike – swim 9.6 miles, bike 448 miles
During the TBF ULTRA IRON Challenge, please upload your swim, bike, and run workouts to the TBF Strava Group – or alternatively if not on Strava, please email your workouts to Bill@totalbodyfitness.com before 12 noon on each Monday in June to be included in the official results.
Schedule
- Challenge starts: Monday, June 1st 5:00 a.m.
- Challenge ends: Tuesday, June 30th 11:59 p.m.
Details
- Participants can select the start time and location of their own choice. Keep in mind that it is a safe start/finish times and location.
- After sign-up is complete, you will receive a registration confirmation.
- Participants are responsible for recording your own results.
- Upon completing the race, please upload your run results to the Total Body Fitness Strava Group. If you’re not on Strava, please email your workouts to Bill@totalbodyfitness.com before 12 noon on each Monday in June to be included in the official results.

Commemorative race shirts and tank tops are available for sale for $15 per shirt plus $5 shipping and handling fee.
Refund policy
TBF Racing has a no refund policy on all of our events. A refund requested on a Virtual Event will be given a TBF Race credit for the amount of the entry fee minus a $10 processing fee. Credits are not given during race week. Transfers are allowed from a Virtual Event to another TBF Racing event within a one-year time frame. There is a $10 transfer fee. Transfers are not allowed during race week.
